Information we handle
We may handle:
- your name, email address, and other details you choose to provide;
- your project description, location, preferred timing, and follow-up answers;
- text created when you use the optional voice-input feature; and
- basic website-use and device information needed for analytics, security, and reliable operation.
Voice input is converted to text by your browser or device. We do not receive an audio recording. Contact details entered on the current final screen are not stored by the website.
How we use information
We use information to:
- prepare and display your preliminary request assessment;
- operate, protect, and improve the service;
- prevent misuse and investigate technical problems; and
- meet legal obligations and protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.
Automated processing and sharing
Your request description and timing are processed by an artificial-intelligence service to prepare the assessment. We may also share limited information with trusted providers that help us operate, secure, and understand use of the website, or where disclosure is required by law. Information may be processed outside Kenya or your country of residence with appropriate safeguards where required.
Include only information needed to explain the project. Do not submit identity documents, financial account details, medical information, information about minors, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Storage and retention
An unfinished request is saved temporarily on your device so you can continue later. It expires after 24 hours and can be removed sooner using “Clear saved draft” or your browser settings. We keep other information only as long as reasonably necessary for operation, security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. The current website does not maintain customer accounts or permanent completed-request records.
Your rights and security
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, or object to its use. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. We may verify your identity before responding.
We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information and limit access to authorised purposes.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy by publishing a revised version and effective date. Privacy questions and requests can be sent using the Contact link in the website footer.
